Board Opening Map Template

This template is for a fast internal-opening reference that helps a technician move from external proof to the right internal board group and connector path.

How to Use This Map

Use this only after branch power, clamp, polarity, gas, air, and external accessory paths are already bounded.
Open the machine with the local file named here already loaded.
Use the map to stay inside the right board group and avoid random connector chasing.

Connector and Board-Family Reminders

Keep connector naming matched to the exact revision.
Use the workbook and the board drawing together when the model has revision splits.
If one board only provides support voltage, prove that rail before condemning the main output board.

Stop Rules

Stop and go back to the external path if the internal reading contradicts the proven symptom.
Stop and verify revision, harness seating, and connector identity before replacing any board.
