Engine-driven troubleshooting order

  1. Prove engine stability without load.
  2. Prove direct weld output with the simplest leads possible.
  3. Prove auxiliary output separately.
  4. Reintroduce feeder, remote, or TIG accessory complexity only after the direct baseline is healthy.
  5. On air-equipped machines, isolate compressor demand from weld demand.
