This annex is for complaints on plasma and advanced industrial systems where the base machine may be healthy but the mechanized or controller side is not.

If hand or baseline operation is normal and mechanized operation is not, keep the diagnosis on the interface branch first.

Mechanized workflow

  1. Prove the base machine in manual or simplest supported mode.
  2. Confirm consumables or cartridge match the intended mechanized process.
  3. Inspect machine-torch connection and interface wiring.
  4. Inspect trigger/start signal path and height-control assumptions.
  5. Only after that should the base power source be reconsidered.
