Miller Multiprocess Process-Change Checklist

This annex is for Miller machines where the most common false diagnosis is not internal failure, but process-change drift after switching between MIG, flux-cored, stick, and TIG.

Symptom-to-checklist map

High-value technician sequence

  1. Return the machine to one simple known-good baseline.
  2. Prove the machine in that single process.
  3. Reintroduce only one changed variable at a time.
  4. Document exactly which step causes the fault to return.
