Failure patterns and repair logic

1. No power / dead machine

  1. Verify input power, idle state, and process-selection state before condemning the shared power source.

2. Powers up but no welding output

  1. If the machine powers up but there is no welding output, prove one healthy process before chasing the failing branch.

3. Feed, arc-start, or cut-start problem

  1. Feed, start, or no-output complaints should be split by process. Do not diagnose a MIG-only complaint like a whole-machine failure.
