Parts And Kit Triage Template
This template is the reusable complaint-to-parts matrix for future brand batches.
How to Use This Template
- Use it before board-level repair when the complaint could still be caused by wear items, torch or gun parts, feeder hardware, remotes, pedals, or package mismatch.
- Start from the incoming complaint, then stage the listed parts and kits before opening deeper electrical branches.
- If the complaint disappears after the listed parts path is corrected, do not escalate into board replacement.

Core rules
- Prove the exact fitted package first. Many false faults come from the wrong torch, pedal, adapter, spool gun, or front-end stack.
- If a model has an exploded view or wear-item list, use it before assuming the machine is electronically dead.
- If the complaint follows one accessory only, keep the diagnosis in that branch until a known-good substitution proves otherwise.
