Service Triage Dashboard Template
This template is the reusable complaint-to-action dashboard for future brand batches.
How to Use This Template
- Start from the incoming complaint, not the suspected failed part.
- Route the technician to the first guide, first packet, first bench sheet, and first local files before the machine is opened.
- If the exact model is still unknown, identify the family by process, attached accessory, and complaint shape first.

Triage Rules
- If one process still works, prove that healthy process first before condemning the shared power source.
- If the complaint changes with clamp, torch, gun, air, gas, or branch power, keep the diagnosis outside the core machine first.
- If the model has a workbook-backed local reference set, use that before improvising board replacement.
