All store items are shipped out of Toronto, Canada warehouse.

We Offer Free Shipping on All Our Store Items to Anywhere Within Canada on Order Over $99.

All store items are Warehouse packed for safe delivery. We ship all products by Track & Trace courier - Canada post expedited parcel unless stated otherwise in the order. This usually takes between 1 to 11 working days depending on the delivery service in the destination area.

Canada post expedited parcel delivery standard (Use "L5L 0A2" as "sending from postal code").

To cope with recent mass delay of Canada Post due to Covid-19 situation, many customers ask for shipping with Purolator. Add item XSX25000 into shopping cart with CAD 39 flat rate we will ship your order with Purolator ground in Canada.

We normally ship our products within one business day unless requested otherwise. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURNS

If an order has been dispatched by courier and is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed with KickingHorse Canada - welding inverter for home within 10 days from date of dispatch of goods or 3 days from date of receiving of goods, whichever comes first.

Email details of your claim to sales@kickinghorsewelders.ca

The following options will then be made available:

1. Replacement: If possible, a replacement will be sent, subject to availability.

2. Credit: If no replacement is available, a credit will be offered to the full amount of the purchase price.

3. Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In following situation only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS(if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: KickingHorse Welder Canada, 12-3400 Ridgeway Drive, Mississauga, Ontario, L5L 0A2, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
