From total workflow solutions targeted to industry segments to launching more than a dozen new products for fab shops, individual contractors, welding engineers, students and educators, ESAB will deliver a complete welding and cutting experience at FABTECH 2026, which runs October 21-23 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. ESAB will exhibit in Booth #S29025 on Level 2 in the South Hall, lead nine educational sessions and station its Ultimate Demo Tour and Demo Bus outside of the Central Hall, with live demonstrations, contests and promo giveaways.
New products launched in 2026 and showcased at FABTECH include: Swift-Cut laser cutting systems for small- and medium-sized operations; the Combirex PRO high-precision plasma cutting system with DMX beveller; the Renegade VOLT EMP 200i multiprocess adding MIG capabilities; the Warrior EDGE DX heavy-industrial aluminum welding system with RobustFeed EDGE feeder; the AMI 350 orbital TIG welding system for critical pipe applications; the Victor VCM-100 lightweight portable oxyfuel cutting and bevelling machine; and the Ruffian EMP 270G engine-driven welding solution for mobile welding and generator power, among others.
ESAB's complete workflow portfolio covers welding, cutting, gas control equipment, filler metals, software and inspection, supporting shipbuilding, mobile machinery, data centers, semiconductors, wind energy, power generation, transportation, aerospace, defense, construction and mining. Featured at FABTECH is the ROBBI cobot welding system pairing ESAB's Aristo or Warrior EDGE power sources with Universal Robots cobot arms, the new Octopuz Steps weld-sequencing software, and InduSuite, an all-in-one cloud platform connecting welding, cutting, nesting, traceability and analytics. ESAB will also feature manual and automated welding systems from EWM, the German manufacturer acquired last year, including EWM's React and forceArc puls processes that reduce spatter and improve penetration.
ESAB experts will lead nine educational presentations across the FABTECH and AWS tracks, including a debate on oxyfuel versus plasma cutting on Friday, Oct. 23, plus sessions on supply chain transformation, the roadmap to automation, the ROI of plasma cutting, data-driven analytics, and using IoT to flatten the learning curve.
