F130 Board Opening Map

This is the fast internal opening map for F130 once the front end, wire path, wire-size setup, and source-quality branches are already bounded.

Open Only After Proving

front-end assembly is correct
trigger-state behavior is already captured
current path and input source are already clean
the machine is proven on the factory 0.035 in baseline or on a proper 0.030 in conversion only
the complaint is not tied to 0.023 in wire, DCEP wire expectations, or a non-compliant cord path
any extension cord is within the official 25 ft and full 20 A baseline

Use the post-March-2017 note before moving boards or connectors around.
Do not open the machine while front-end thread and seat assembly are still unproven.
Keep generator or marginal-power complaints outside the chassis until a real 120 V / 20 A branch or healthy 3 kW generator is proven.
Keep long-cord complaints outside the chassis until the cord path is within the official 25 ft limit and the complaint is still present.
Keep wire-size complaints outside the chassis until the machine is returned to factory 0.035 in baseline or a proper 0.030 in conversion.

If the opening pass shows the complaint still follows the torch front-end or accessory branch, leave the board path and use the official ordering flow instead.

Stop if the complaint appears only on a weak branch, long cord, or marginal generator.
