CoolArc160 Board Opening Map

This is the fast internal opening map for CoolArc160 once the external path is already proven clean.

Open Only After Proving

branch power and clamp path are healthy
the fan complaint is not just external wiring or utility collapse
the machine is matched to the correct board revision family
stick baseline is already proven before any TIG-only complaint is treated as internal

First Internal Targets

Connector and Board-Family Reminders

The workbook note about March 2011 board revision is mandatory context before calling the capacitor PCB bad.
CN104 and CN108 are not interchangeable assumptions across revisions.
If bus voltage is already healthy, stay out of random support-board replacement and prove whether the symptom now belongs to the inverter section.
Do not open the machine for a TIG-only complaint while stick is still healthy and the kit branch is not fully ruled out.

Stop Rules

Stop and verify revision first if the connector location does not match the expected board family.
Stop and return to the external path if clamp or lead heating still changes the complaint under load.
Stop and return to the TIG-kit path if stick is healthy and only the TIG complaint remains.
