CoolArc200 Board Opening Map

This is the fast internal opening map for CoolArc200 once the external path and state confusion are already bounded.

Open Only After Proving

actual connected input voltage is known
VRD or non-VRD mode behavior is understood
clamp and output path are already healthy
fan blink-only or twitch behavior is already separated from real welding-section faults

Connector and Board-Family Reminders

The J3 reading is the first clean split between main-board input detection and control-board indication.
Low OCV in VRD or first-weld wake-up behavior is not a board map by itself.
Keep connector identity tied to the assembly image when opening the unit so the sense branch is not misread.
Do not open the machine for wrong-input complaints while the actual input and any adapter path are still unproven.

External Parts Exit Paths

If the opening pass shows the complaint still belongs to the adapter, TIG-kit, or external return-path branch, leave the board map and use the official ordering flow instead.

Stop Rules

Stop and go back to state proof if low OCV is fully explained by mode behavior.
Stop and isolate the fan branch first if blink-only startup is still unresolved.
Stop and go back to the input path first if the real connected voltage or adapter path still conflicts with the complaint.
Stop and return to the guide if J3 sense and panel behavior contradict each other after opening.
