This is the fast internal opening map for MigSonic145 once gun, gas, spool-gun, and generation branches are already bounded.

Open Only After Proving

Use the workbook generation notes before condemning a board. This model has real torch-family and drive-system splits.
Do not call the machine faulty while a known-good regulator or hose has not been proven for gas complaints.
Keep click-cycling separate from torch-path issues. The service notes do.
Do not open the machine while tip-removed bare-wire feed still points back to the fitted gun or generation split.

If the opening pass shows the complaint still follows the gun, spool-gun, or gas-side branch, leave the board path and use the official ordering flow instead.

Stop and return to the gas branch if a known-good regulator or hose changes the complaint.
Stop and return to the generation split if the fitted torch or drive family does not match the workbook expectation.
Stop and return to the external branch if bare-wire feed with the tip removed is healthy and only the fitted torch package is abnormal.
