This pack groups the supervised live-case simulations for KickingHorse. These scenarios are meant to pressure-test complaint classification and stop-rule discipline before a trainee touches real customer arrivals.

How to Use This Pack

run these only after the trainee has passed the KickingHorse certification checkoff
provide the intake story first and hold back the trainer notes unless the trainee asks the right questions
score the simulation on proof order, escalation control, and communication clarity
