Case Setup

• Model: MA200TS
• Incoming complaint: "It starts feeding as soon as we turn it on."
• Arrival condition: machine comes in with a spool gun, regular torch, and vague story about display oddness
• Hidden trap: the trainee must keep the case in support-power, trigger-path, and command-path proof before treating it as a failed drive board

Trainer Prompt

Use this intake statement:

"Customer says the wire starts moving on power-up and the display looked wrong once, so they think the machine has an internal short."

Only reveal these if the trainee asks:

• the spool gun was used recently
• the standard torch switch feels sticky
• nobody documented whether the machine was stripped back to local control
