This is the quick external-parts substitution card for the highest-value MA200TS process, feed, and package splits.

Use This Card When

actual 208 / 230 V input with healthy branch support or about 5000 W non-inverter generator support
known-good 023 / 035 drive-roll setup and plain-steel MIG baseline
known-good MIG torch and consumable path
known-good aluminum kit or TIG kit only when that exact process is under complaint
known-good regulator, hose path, and Dinse lead set
no pedal-based TIG control assumption on this machine

poor or erratic wire feed	known-good drive-roll setup and plain-steel MIG baseline	keep diagnosis mechanical and external	move to control, support-power, or feedback branches
complaint exists only in aluminum mode	correct aluminum kit after proving plain-steel MIG first	keep diagnosis in the aluminum package	move into the machine only if plain-steel MIG also fails
complaint exists only in TIG mode	known-good TIG kit and one control path only	keep diagnosis in the TIG package	move deeper only if local baseline TIG still fails
porosity or unstable shielding	known-good regulator and gas hose path	keep diagnosis in the gas branch	move back into the machine only if gas regulation is proven

Stop and fix the source or adapter branch first if the machine is not on healthy 208 / 230 V input or suitable generator support.
Stop if plain-steel MIG baseline is healthy. That removes a large share of false package complaints.
Stop if the complaint follows only one optional kit.
Stop if the complaint depends on pedal-style TIG control. That is not the supported path on this machine.
