Use This Card When

Complaint branch	Swap first	If the complaint follows the part...	If the complaint stays with the machine...
weak arc or poor strike with no clear internal proof yet	known-good clamp and holder set	keep diagnosis in the current path and close the lead or clamp issue	move to bus, OCV, and capacitor-board logic in the full guide
fan slows, stops, or behaves inconsistently	known-good correct-revision fan or corrected fan-polarity branch	keep diagnosis in the fan branch or revision mismatch	move to auxiliary-supply and capacitor-board diagnosis
TIG complaint only	known-good simple TIG kit and gas setup after stick baseline is proven	keep diagnosis in the kit, torch, or gas path	return to stick baseline and then the guide's internal branch logic

Stop if the complaint disappears with the clamp or holder change.
Stop if the fitted fan or harness revision is wrong for the machine generation.
Stop if stick is healthy and only the TIG kit branch still fails.
