This is the quick external-parts substitution card for the highest-value CoolArc200 false-fault paths.

Use This Card When

the machine seems to read the wrong input class
OCV looks wrong but state behavior is not yet proven
the complaint exists only in TIG use
the wrong adapter or input expectation may still be the real fault path

Stage First

known-good clamp and output-lead path
known-good fan branch if startup blink or twitch behavior is present
known-good official TIG kit with 17V torch and regulator or flowmeter
actual connected input voltage and any adapter path confirmed before blaming input sense
stick baseline proven before trusting a TIG-only complaint

Fast Substitution Card

Stop if the actual connected input or adapter path explains the wrong input-class complaint.
Stop if the machine behaves correctly with the official TIG kit but not with another fitted setup.
