MA200TS Board Opening Map

This is the fast internal opening map for MA200TS once feed hardware, gas path, and optional kits are already bounded.

Open Only After Proving

actual 208 / 230 V input with healthy branch support or about 5000 W non-inverter generator support
plain-steel MIG baseline has been proven or ruled out
drive-roll setup and torch path are already clean
optional aluminum kit or TIG kit is not the whole complaint
no pedal-based TIG control assumption is being mixed into the complaint

Use the service manual first when startup collapse is the complaint. It gives the cleanest support-power logic.
Use the board images together with the workbook when display behavior is involved. That keeps feedback and panel branches from being mixed together.
If display trouble started after display-board work, confirm the process button releases fully before blaming the control branch.
Do not call a board bad while the feed-path assembly could still be misbuilt or incomplete.

If the opening pass shows the complaint still belongs to the aluminum package, external torch path, or current-path hardware, leave the board map and use the official ordering flow instead.

Stop and go back to the source branch if the machine still is not on healthy 208 / 230 V input or suitable generator support.
Stop and go back to the external path if plain-steel MIG baseline is still not cleanly proven.
Stop and go back to the package path if only aluminum mode or TIG mode fails while plain-steel MIG remains healthy.
Stop and go back to setup if the complaint depends on pedal-based TIG control.
Stop and fix button, harness seating, or feed assembly issues first if opening immediately reveals them.
Stop and return to the full guide if the support-power and feedback branches still both look active after the first opening pass.
