Use This Card When

Complaint branch	Swap first	If the complaint follows the part...	If the complaint stays with the machine...
no start with otherwise normal idle state	fresh SG55 front-end stack	keep diagnosis in the torch branch	move to OCV and support-power logic
pilot with no transfer	known-good clamp and clean steel baseline	keep diagnosis in the work-return branch	move deeper only after clamp proof
unstable cut quality	dry air source and fresh front-end stack	keep diagnosis in air and consumables	move to machine logic only if the baseline stays poor
repeated false start with healthy externals	hold the external path steady and retest after capturing whether OCV is high, low, or absent	keep diagnosis internal only after the external path is clean	move to capacitor-board or inverter branch once the OCV split is known

Stop if a better clamp or cleaner steel restores transfer.
