Use This Card When

no start with normal postflow	fresh A81 front-end stack and healthy torch head	keep diagnosis in the torch branch	move to pressure or RV1 logic
delayed restrike or pressure-sensitive pilot	dry air path and stable regulator setting	keep diagnosis in the air branch	move deeper only if pressure is proven stable
guided cut behaves badly	known-good guide and stand-off hardware after freehand proving	keep diagnosis external and mechanical	move deeper only if freehand and guided cuts both fail
stable externals but start still absent	hold the external path steady and retest	keep diagnosis in torch-head mechanics until proven otherwise	move to control logic only after the external path is clean
