CoolCut30 Board Opening Map

This is the fast internal opening map for CoolCut30 once torch, air, and clamp branches are already bounded.

Open Only After Proving

fresh SG55 front-end stack is already proven
dry air and clean clamp path are already proven
the start complaint is already separated from simple transfer-only complaints
OCV is already captured as high, low, or absent before opening

Connector and Board-Family Reminders

The upper-board green 24 V indicator is part of the branch proof, not just a convenience light.
Keep high-OCV no-HF and low-OCV no-HF complaints separate. They are not the same branch.
Do not open the machine while clamp, air, and SG55 stack are still unproven.
Do not open the machine until the OCV split is cleanly recorded alongside the green 24 V behavior.

External Parts Exit Paths

If the opening pass shows the complaint still follows the torch-front-end or air branch, leave the board path and use the official ordering flow instead.

Stop Rules

Stop if clamp or air correction still explains the complaint cleanly.
Stop if a fresh SG55 stack restores start.
Stop and return to the measurement card if OCV has not yet been sorted cleanly into high-OCV no-HF versus low-OCV no-HF.
