CUT65 Board Opening Map

This is the fast internal opening map for CUT65 once torch, air, clamp, and guide-hardware branches are already bounded.

Open Only After Proving

fresh A81 front-end stack is already proven
air pressure under flow is already normalized
guide and stand-off hardware are already separated from the base torch branch
freehand cutting is already compared against guided or stand-off cutting

Connector and Board-Family Reminders

Do not turn an air-pressure complaint into a board complaint too early.
Keep torch-head rebound and guide hardware outside the chassis until they are fully proven.

Do not open the machine while only stand-off or circle hardware is bad and freehand cutting still looks healthy.
