MultiSonic220 Board Opening Map

This is the fast internal opening map for MultiSonic220 once process setup and accessory branches are already bounded.

Open Only After Proving

polarity connector is correct for the active process
a base MIG or TIG setup has already been proven
spool gun, remote, and torch branches are already stripped down if they were in play
documented 2T/4T reset is already attempted and feeder idle state is already checked

Keep the polarity connector, ribbon cable, and support-power path separated. The machine encourages cross-contamination of those branches if you open it without the workbook.
Do not treat feeder run-on as a feeder-only complaint until the support-power board is proven cleanly.
Use the workbook reset behavior first, then the panel drawing, before chasing boards.
Do not open the machine while reset-state behavior or feeder-at-idle still points to a control-state or support-power branch.

If the opening pass shows the complaint still follows the torch, spool-gun, TIG, or pedal branch, leave the board path and use the official ordering flow instead.

Stop and go back to the external accessory path if the complaint only exists with one torch, remote, or spool gun.
Stop and return to the control-state branch if reset behavior changes the complaint immediately.
Stop and return to the support-power branch if the feeder still runs at idle with no trigger command.
