How to Use This Pack

A100: keep the first pass on source strength, dry 3/32 in 7018 or 6010/6011, clamp, holder, and polarity before opening the machine.
A220: keep the first pass on true 230 V source strength, dry 7018 or 6010/6011, clamp, holder, and polarity before opening the machine.
For both arc models, a complaint that exists only on improvised TIG use is not a valid router entry into internal repair, and a complaint fixed by polarity correction is not one either.

F130: keep the first pass on factory 0.035 in baseline, proper 0.030 in conversion if fitted, trigger-state split, and real 120 V / 20 A or 3 kW source quality before opening the machine.
M185: keep the first pass on startup display state, no-feed plus bad-display overlap, sane inductance baseline, and real 208/230 V source quality before opening the machine.
For both MIG models, a complaint that disappears on wire-size correction, torch-front-end correction, better source quality, or correct breaker path is not a valid router entry into internal repair.

If the router proves the complaint is still external, stop before deeper board work and move into the matching official parts path.
