This pack collects the highest-value KickingHorse internal opening maps into one technician-facing set.

How to Use This Pack

Start with the model that matches the incoming machine.
Use the map only after the external path is already bounded.
Open the named local file before moving probes or unplugging internal connectors.

A100: do not enter the opening map until a real 20 A or healthy 3 kW source, dry 3/32 in 7018 or 6010/6011, clamp, holder, and polarity are already proven.
A220: do not enter the opening map until a true 230 V, ideally 50 A, or healthy 5 kW source, dry 7018 or 6010/6011, clamp, holder, and polarity are already proven.
For both arc models, if a better source, corrected polarity, heavier external current path, or the discovery that the complaint is really improvised TIG use fixes the routing, exit the opening path immediately.

F130: do not enter the opening map until the machine is proven on factory 0.035 in baseline or a proper 0.030 in conversion, a real 120 V / 20 A source or healthy 3 kW generator, and a clean trigger-state split.
M185: do not enter the opening map until the machine is on a real 208/230 V source, the breaker path matches the intended proof level, startup display behavior is captured, and inductance has been returned to a sane baseline.
For both MIG models, if front-end correction, wire-size correction, better source quality, or correct breaker path fixes the complaint, exit the opening path immediately.

If the opening map pushes the complaint back into an external branch, stop before deeper internal work and move into the matching official parts path.
