How to Use This Pack

Use the full model guide for diagnosis strategy and source detail.
Use the bench sheet during live testing, repair confirmation, and final signoff.
Record actual measured values whenever the model has a known voltage, OCV, HF-gap, or feedback checkpoint.

A100: prove a real 20 A branch or healthy 3 kW generator baseline, use dry 3/32 in 7018 or 6010/6011, and confirm lead polarity before calling the machine weak.
A220: prove a true 230 V source, ideally 50 A, or a healthy 5 kW generator baseline, use dry 7018 or 6010/6011, and confirm lead polarity before calling the machine weak.
For both arc models, stop the bench path if polarity correction or heavier current-path hardware clears the complaint, or if the complaint exists only on improvised TIG use, because that is outside the intended product baseline.

F130: prove a real 120 V / 20 A source or healthy 3 kW generator, keep any extension cord within the official 25 ft and full 20 A path, return the machine to factory 0.035 in flux-core baseline first, and treat 0.023 in, DCEP-only wire paths, or front-end seat mistakes as invalid setup, not machine faults.
M185: prove a real 208/230 V source, respect 40 A normal or 50 A time-delay breaker guidance for rated-output proof, return inductance to a sane baseline, and confirm preset-versus-actual display behavior before blaming the display or control branch.
For both MIG models, stop the bench path if the complaint clears with torch-front-end correction, correct wire-size setup, better source quality, or the right breaker path.
