This planner helps a trainer recover a KickingHorse trainee after a failed drill, certification checkoff, or live-case simulation. It is designed to keep the recovery path tight and focused on the exact stop-rule or classification error.

How to Use

identify the failed behavior first, not just the failed scenario
assign one primary scenario and one or two support references
define the exact behavior the trainee must prove on the rerun
do not return the trainee to supervised live units until the corrected behavior is repeatable

Escalation for Repeated Failure

If the same failed behavior repeats twice, move the trainee back one step in the KickingHorse training progression.
If the trainee keeps opening the machine early, remove live-case work and return to controlled drills only.
If the trainee still confuses plasma and feed-command complaint families after remediation, keep them out of intake triage until classification stabilizes.
