WeldKing Remediation Planner

This planner helps a trainer recover a WeldKing trainee after a failed drill, certification checkoff, or live-case simulation. The goal is to target the exact failure pattern instead of restarting the whole path.

Main objective: restore proof order, stop-rule discipline, and process-state reasoning before the trainee re-enters supervised live work

How to Use

identify the single most costly failed behavior first
assign one primary scenario and no more than two supporting references
require the trainee to state the re-entry standard before beginning remediation
do not return the trainee to live-case work until the failed behavior is corrected twice in a row

Escalation for Repeated Failure

If the same behavior fails twice, move the trainee back one step in the WeldKing training progression.
If the trainee opens too early or ignores stop rules twice, suspend live-case simulations and return to drill-only work.
If communication remains weak after the technical branch is corrected, keep the trainee in supervised intake shadowing before any customer-facing role.
