Family Routing Notes

MAG211: use the MAG211 bench sheet for chart-sensitive instability, no gas command, and one-gun-only behavior.
MAG251: use the MAG251 bench sheet for ripple complaints and post-service feed-direction trouble.
MAG255: use the MAG255 bench sheet for crater-fill behavior, spool-gun no-weld, and discharge-path trouble.
MigSonic145: use the MigSonic145 bench sheet when a compact MIG clicks on and off, loses trigger after support-power trouble, or shows low output that still follows the machine. Keep stable 24 V, correct gun generation, and base-gun bare-wire feed with the tip removed ahead of any spool-gun or PCB blame.
MigSonic252S+SS20: use the MigSonic252S+SS20 bench sheet when readouts freeze, gas stays open, or the feeder is blamed while the source already looks wrong. Prove the power source first with healthy readouts, jog or purge response, and idle gas behavior before feeder teardown.
CoolTIG220: split HF-versus-no-HF version assumptions before any bench pass gets pushed into AC or HF board work.
TIG200PACDC: use the TIG200PACDC bench sheet when DC TIG is healthy but AC is unstable, or only one pedal branch misbehaves. Keep simple DC TIG, remote-isolated local control, and 4K7 remote proof ahead of any broader AC-board conclusion.
CoolCut40air: prove whether the complaint exists in internal-air mode, external-air mode, or both before treating the bench result like a normal plasma failure.
CUT40: use the CUT40 bench sheet for external-air routing, CB50 front-end, and guide-hardware complaints. Keep freehand cutting ahead of guide-hardware blame, and do not collapse it into the built-in-air CoolCut40air path.
